Shipping & Returns
Your orders are very important to us, and that's why it is extremely important for us make sure that you get the apparel you have ordered. We take this with the utmost seriousness!
We generally make sure to process your order within 2 days max. But sometimes we're out of stock, and it might take a bit longer. But don't worry, we'll always let you know in advance.
USA 3-5 business days
Canada 5-10 business days
World 10-20 business days
If your order is damaged or not up to par with our high quality standards, then we'd be happy to take it off your hands or replace it, provided you contact us within a 7 Days of receiving your order.
On all replacements & exchanges, we ask that you pay the shipping to return the item to us, and when we receive it, we will pay the shipping price to send you your replacement item.
Since all of our orders are made-to-order, it is our policy that all sales are final unless there is something wrong with your order from our end. We do not offer exchanges for wrong sizes ordered. In order to ensure that you order the right size, please visit our Size Guide page to determine your size.
Once the printing process initiates, we will not be able to change your order. If you notice something wrong with your order, please contact us immediately. We will happily change your order if the printing process has not already started!
1. Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what's incorrect with your order. Please include pictures with the order if necessary to show what's incorrect. It helps speed up the process.
2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We'll provide instructions for the returns procedure.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
